Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Spring onions 3 , slice
Mushrooms 6 , finely chopped
Dried thyme leaves 2 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Fresh bread crumbs 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (about 1 slice of regular sandwich bread)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Frozen ready rolled puff pastry 4 , thawed
Egg 1 (lightly beaten)
