This ramen recipe can be always in your kitchen so you don't ever need to go to the store to get anything. This is my backup recipe for weeknights so I can make it in a few minutes, and it's healthy and tasty without preservatives or extra sodium from the packets of seasoning that come in the Top Ramen or Marchuan or Ichiban Ramen noodle kits.
