Best Instant Ramen Original Seasoning Recipe - No Packet

This ramen recipe can be always in your kitchen so you don't ever need to go to the store to get anything. This is my backup recipe for weeknights so I can make it in a few minutes, and it's healthy and tasty without preservatives or extra sodium from the packets of seasoning that come in the Top Ramen or Marchuan or Ichiban Ramen noodle kits. It's tastier and better for you. I love using frozen shrimp for this, this is my favorite! Comment and tell me what you think!


Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) , boil
Grated ginger 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , mince
Chicken bullion/Beef bullion 2 Teaspoon
Rice wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Sesame oil 1/2 Teaspoon
Noodles 100 Gram
Frozen shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Carrot 1
Egg 1
Spring onion 2
