Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
For lemon curd:
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for simmering in double boiler)
Egg yolk 5
Lemon zest 4 Teaspoon
Lemon 4 , juiced (about 1 cup)
Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 stick)
For frosting:
Powdered sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Green food colouring 5 Drop
Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Green food color 5 Drop
Marshmallows 24 (marshmallow peeps)
