Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
White miso | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Minced garlic | 2 Teaspoon (or garlic that has been pressed through a garlic presser) | |
Seasoned rice vinegar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Rice cooking wine/Mirin | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Peanut oil/Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Toasted sesame oil | 1/8 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
1.Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
SERVING:
2.Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks and use as required.
