I love making cheese balls for special events, they are great for appetizers, or even for a party. So easy to make.
|For dried beef cheeseball:|
|Package cream cheese||8 Ounce , softened (1 package)|
|Dried beef||4 Ounce , chop (1 package)|
|Chopped green onions||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon (optional)|
|For company cheeseball:|
|Package cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 package)|
|Sour cream||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry onions/Sliced green onions||1 1/2 Tablespoon|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Steak sauce||1 Tablespoon (A|
|Chopped walnut/Chopped nuts||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
FOR DRIED BEEF CHEESEBALL:
1.Chop dried Beef. Save about 1/4 cup for rolling later.
2.Soften cheese. Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef chips.
3.Chill until needed.
4.Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to soften.
5.Serve and enjoy!
FOR COMPANY CHEESEBALL:
1.Let cream cheese soften.
2.In a bowl beat all ingredients together.
3.Blend mixture until it is smooth.
4.Refrigerate several hours.
5.Roll into ball and roll in nuts of your choice.
6.Serve and enjoy!
