I love making cheese balls for special events, they are great for appetizers, or even for a party. So easy to make.
For dried beef cheeseball: | ||
Package cream cheese | 8 Ounce , softened (1 package) | |
Dried beef | 4 Ounce , chop (1 package) | |
Chopped green onions | 1 Tablespoon | |
Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon (optional) | |
For company cheeseball: | ||
Package cream cheese | 8 Ounce (1 package) | |
Sour cream | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
Dry onions/Sliced green onions | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Steak sauce | 1 Tablespoon (A | |
Chopped walnut/Chopped nuts | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
FOR DRIED BEEF CHEESEBALL:
MAKING:
1.Chop dried Beef. Save about 1/4 cup for rolling later.
2.Soften cheese. Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef chips.
3.Chill until needed.
4.Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to soften.
SERVING:
5.Serve and enjoy!
FOR COMPANY CHEESEBALL:
MAKING:
1.Let cream cheese soften.
2.In a bowl beat all ingredients together.
3.Blend mixture until it is smooth.
4.Refrigerate several hours.
5.Roll into ball and roll in nuts of your choice.
