Two Easy Cheese Ball

I love making cheese balls for special events, they are great for appetizers, or even for a party. So easy to make.

Ingredients

For dried beef cheeseball:
Package cream cheese 8 Ounce , softened (1 package)
Dried beef 4 Ounce , chop (1 package)
Chopped green onions 1 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon (optional)
For company cheeseball:
Package cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 package)
Sour cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Butter 4 Tablespoon
Dry onions/Sliced green onions 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Steak sauce 1 Tablespoon (A
Chopped walnut/Chopped nuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

FOR DRIED BEEF CHEESEBALL:

MAKING:

1.Chop dried Beef. Save about 1/4 cup for rolling later.

2.Soften cheese. Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef chips.

3.Chill until needed.

4.Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to soften.

SERVING:

5.Serve and enjoy!

FOR COMPANY CHEESEBALL:

MAKING:

1.Let cream cheese soften.

2.In a bowl beat all ingredients together.

3.Blend mixture until it is smooth.

4.Refrigerate several hours.

5.Roll into ball and roll in nuts of your choice.

SERVING:

6.Serve and enjoy!
