Super Crisp And Thin - Fast Flatbread Dough No Mixer And Chicken Pesto Topping

This flatbread pizza dough recipe can be used for all kinds of toppings. This classic flatbread is cracker thin, crisp with my tips and easy to make. Crisp like a cracker flatbread is delicious, precooked before you put the toppings on.


For the dough:
Flour 3 1/3 Cup (53.33 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Yeast 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
For the topping:
Chicken breast 1 , chop
Grilled artichokes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (mezetta)
Pesto 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (mezetta)
Mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
