It tastes like Phad Thai, Thailand dish! It's so fast to make, and contains peanut butter coconut spread, a new ingredient I LOVE! You also could use cashew butter instead. Peanut butter coconut 1 Tablespoon (spread)
Vegan mayonnaise 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Extra firm tofu 2 Tablespoon
Chopped cilantro 1 Teaspoon
Chopped green onion 1 Teaspoon
Bean sprout 2 Tablespoon
Lemon wedge 1
