Carrots 3 , peeled, cut into very small pieces
Finely chopped celery 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Onion 1 , chop
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Salt 2 Tablespoon
Thyme leaves 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Lentils 1 Bag (1 kg)
Brown rice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 12 Cup (192 tbs)
