In this video, we will make 2 types of Dosa and Idli Chutneys, these chutneys or pachadis are very famous as accompaniments for South Indian Delicacies like Dosa, Idly, Vada, Pesarattu, Vada, Bhajji etc.
For the coconut chutney: | ||

Turmeric | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

For peanut chutney: | ||
Peanut | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (groundnut) | |
Coconut | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |

Garlic | 5 Clove (25 gm) | |
Cumin seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Tamarind pulp | 2 Tablespoon | |
Water | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
