Chicken Cutlets - How To Make Chicken Cutlets - Tasty Chicken Cutlets

This week make these flavourful Chicken Cutlets which are juicy from the inside crispy from the outside!


Chicken 500 Gram ((kheema))
Potatoes 4 , boiled, shredded
Onion 1 , chop
Carrot 1 , chop
Cumin powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Garam masala 1/2 Tablespoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
French beans 6 , chop
Green chillies 6
Coriander leaves 3 Tablespoon
Vermicelli 2 Cup (32 tbs) , roast ((and crushed))
Water 2 Tablespoon
Eggs 2 , beaten
Oil 2 Tablespoon



1.In a bowl mix potatoes, chicken, carrots, beans, onion, green chilli.

2.Add all the spices and coriander leaves and mix well.

3.Take some oil in your hand and make flat rounds of the mixture.

4.In a pan heat some oil.

5.In a separate bowl crumble the vermicelli noodles.

6.Dip the chicken cutlet in egg and then in the vermicelli noodles.

7.Fry the chicken cutlet till golden brown


8.Serve and enjoy!
