Vegan Vegetarian Vanilla Cake Making From Ready Cake Mixes
Vanilla cake with Chocolate frosting...yum!
The dairy-free Duncan Hines Cake Mixes are typically vegan, too (the Angel Food Cake does contain eggs). However, they call for eggs in the instructions. I use flax egg to substitute egg for this box and the rest I follow as the pack instructions. Now, one don't need to replace all 3 eggs so I just use 1 tbsp flax meal and the cake comes out great.
Ingredients

| Hot water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cake frosting | 2 Can (20 oz) (vanilla and chocolate flavours,optional) |
