Tuvar Lilva (Pigeon Peas) and Methi ni Bhaji (Fenugreek Leaves) together is my favorite. I love to prepare Tuvar Methi Bhakri, Thepla, Handvo, Sabji and more. By all means if you don't like fenugreek, substitute with other greens like spinach.
