Green onions/Minced white onion | 4 , slice (thin or 1/4 cup of alternate ingredient) | |

Pickle juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Celery seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Yellow mustard | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Hard boiled eggs | 2 , grated | |
Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |

GETTING READY:
1.Preheat oven to 450F.
MAKING:
2.Place chopped vegetables in the bottom of the bowl and top with potatoes.
3.Stir in pickle juice, celery seed and mustard.
4.Add eggs, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix well.

NOTES:
1.An easy, classic potato salad recipe. Tastes best if allowed to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
2.Lacking celery seed, you may use celery salt. Start with 1/2 teaspoon but you may need more. The celery salt will take the place of celery seed and salt. I will tell you that celery seed is preferred, and tastes better in the final dish than celery salt.
