Tomahawk Ribeye On The Rec Tec Mini - Reverse Sear

Reversed sear on a 3.10 pound ribeye tomahawk on the Rec Tec Mini. Slow cooked at 200ºF until internal temp reached 129ºF, then seared it off on the Rec Tec, cranked up to 500ºF!

Ingredients

Ribeye 3 1/10 Pound (((dry aged)))
Seasoning 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (((Midnight espresso)))
Melted butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
