How To Make Instant Pot Wendys Chili

You can make great tasting Wendys Chili in your Instant Pot. It is so easy to make this copycat chili recipe.


Ground beef 2 Pound (fresh)
Tomato juice 1 Quart
Canned tomato puree 29 Ounce (1 can)
Canned red kidney beans 15 Ounce , drained (1 can)
Canned pinto beans 15 Ounce , drained (1 can)
Onion 1 Large , chop (about 1 1/2 cups)
Diced celery 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Diced green bell pepper 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chilli powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (use less for milder chili)
Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon (use more for real flavor)
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Dried oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/8 Teaspoon



1.Using either a 6 or 8 quart Instant Pot, use the saute feature to brown the ground beef. Cook the beef until it is 90% or more done. Drain if desired.

2.To the pressure cooker add all remaining ingredients.

3.Cook on the manual high setting for 6 minutes. When the chili is done perform a quick release.


4.Serve immediately.
