Make Buffalo cauliflower! Baked Buffalo cauliflower bites are a delicious vegetarian alternative to wings and a great way to get your vegetables!
Head cauliflower | 1/2 (about 16 ounce) | |
Melted butter/Vegan margarine | 3 Tablespoon , divided (plus extra for making the dip) | |
Hot sauce | 4 Tablespoon , divided (plus extra for making the dip, frank Red hot is used) | |
Chickpea flour/Garbanzo flour | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (For dusting) | |
Dip | 3 Tablespoon (ranch or blue cheese dressing) |
GETTING READY
1. Set oven to 425ºF.
MAKING:
2.Cut the cauliflower into florets about 1.5", or "large bite size". Toss in a large bowl with 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons Frank's.
3.Sprinkle in the garbanzo flour and toss again to coat.
4.Lay on a lined or oiled baking sheet.
5.Roast for 10 minutes, shake the pan. Roast for 10 more minutes.
6.Mix remaining butter and Frank's together and drizzle over the cauliflower before serving.
SERVING
7.Serve with Ranch or blue cheese dressing if you like.
