Instant Chicken Soup For The Flu

When I was sick with the flu, I wanted chicken soup, but I was too sick to cook, so I created a healthy instant chicken soup with kale, chard, spinach carrot and rice that you can make in 5 minutes to battle your flu or cold.


Roasted chicken 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (organic free range chicken)
Chicken stalk 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) (organic low sodium)
Cooked rice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Baby kale 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Spinach 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chard 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Carrot 1 Medium , dice
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Tuscan kale 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Bone broth 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
