Easy to do exotic veg sabzi you can do on a special meal. Yummy and beautiful stuffed bell peppers with Paneer melts in mouth.


Bell pepper 3 , deseeded (multicolour)
Onion 1 Large , chop
Tomato 1 Large , chop
Frozen green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (microwave it for 1 minute)
Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crumbled (paneer)
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Tumeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon (jeera)
Vegetable oil/Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Fresh mint leaves 3
Fresh chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon
Ground black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
