Dill Pickle Dip

This dip is super easy to make and is delicious to serve at your New Year's Eve get-togethers! Happy New Year!


Dill pickle 1 Cup (16 tbs) , dice (diced small)
Finely diced onion 2 Tablespoon
Cream cheese 8 Ounce (at room temperature)
Pickle juice 3 Tablespoon
Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/4 Teaspoon



1.Dice enough dill pickles into small pieces to make 1 cup. Set aside.

2.Finely dice onion to make 2 tablespoons and set aside.

3.In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, diced dill pickles, diced onion,

pickle juice, dill weed and sugar.

4.Mix until well combined.

5.Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.


6.Serve with chips or crackers.
