Trifle Pudding is an easy and quick dessert, excellent for any parties - Christmas or get together..
Trifle pudding is a layered dessert made with fruit, sponge cake soaked in syrup, jelly, and custard. These ingredients are arranged in layers and topped up with whipped cream, cherries, tutti fruities, nuts or chocolate.
There are so many varieties and flavors exist in this pudding. Today I'm making basic trifle pudding.
|Sponge cake||1 , cut|
|For the jelly|
|For the custard:|
|Custard powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Cold milk||6 Teaspoon|
|For the whipped cream:|
|Heavy cream||100 Gram|
|Mixed fruit||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Apple, green and black grapes, orange)|
|Sugar syrup||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tutti fruity||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.We need sponge cake. Make at home a day before. It is a great way to use leftover cake in the pudding. Here i'm using my eggless sponge cake recipe or you can purchase the readymade cake from the store.
4.Chop the fruits which you want to use in this pudding.. Here I will be using green grapes, black grapes, oranges and apple. You can add other fruits like pomegranate, mango, sapota or strawberry also. Better use seasonal fruit. If fresh fruit is not available add canned fruit.
5.Whipped cream-Whip cream and sugar together until soft peaks.
6.Finally assemble the pudding.
7.Serve and enjoy!
