Swiss Roll - No Egg Jam Cake Rolls

In this video, we're going to make a recipe of Swiss Rolls without using eggs. Making Eggless Cakes Rolls is usually difficult because it cracks, not this time! We're making a very soft and spongy cake and rolling it with jam. A perfect Christmas Special Recipe :)

Ingredients

Butter 2 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Powdered sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Condensed milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 150 Milliliter
Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Flour 130 Gram (maida,1 cup)
Baking soda 1/3 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
