Made with a delicious cinnamon-pecan crust using Fisher Nut's, fresh, preservative free non-geo project verified pecans! The pumpkin pie filling is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and warm spices and frosted with a cool and creamy coconut cream frosting!

They are so light and heavenly! And yes, very easy to make!


For cinnamon pecan crust
Pecans 2 Cup (32 tbs) (((((Fisher brand)))))
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Stevia 1/2 Teaspoon ((((optional))))
Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon , melt
For pumpkin pie
Pumpkin puree 5 Ounce
Pure maple syrup 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Pumpkin pie spice 2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Almond milk 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Eggs 2
Salt 1 Pinch (((((((generous pinch)))))))
For coconut cream frosting
Coconut cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chill
