Cosori Instant Pot Masala Pav Bhaji

You may think that recipe contains more water but because of the lentils, it tends to get thicker quickly when served. But one more thing to keep in mind that electric cooker requires very less water as it pressure cooks.
Also it doesn't need immersion blender but my kids don't like big chunks in Pav Bhaji, so I try to make as per their preference.I was requested to make Pavbhaji using electric one pot pressure cooker so here I have come up with the recipe. Hope you all enjoy.
Bombay kind taste Pav Bhaji made with potatoes and vegetables cooked in a tomato base, and enjoyed with soft pav(Bread Buns).

Ingredients

Oil 1 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon ((for cooking and garnish))
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon ((jeera))
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon ((haldi))
Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon ((mild,as per your taste))
Coriander and cumin powder 1 Tablespoon ((dhaniya jeera powder))
Roughly chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Ginger paste 1/2 Tablespoon ((adrak))
Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon ((lehsun))
Chopped bell pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((roughly chopped,red/orange and yellow))
Roughly chopped tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Grated carrot 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grated beets 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped eggplant 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cauliflower 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Potato cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Lentil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , soaked
Garam masala 1 Tablespoon ((as per taste))
Water 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) ((or as needed))
Pav 2
Lime slice 1
Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon
