Ground pork | 500 Gram | |
Bacon | 90 Gram | |
Coarse salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |

Homemade ketchup/Bbq sauce | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (for glaze) |
GETTING READY:
1.Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
MAKING:
2.Mix breadcrumbs, black pepper, pepper flakes, chili powder, and thyme.
3.Place the onion, garlic, mushrooms, and red pepper, and bacon in a food processor.
4.Pulse until the mixture is finely minced, but not a paste.
5.Combine the bread crumb mixture, vegetable mixture, ground meat, egg and salt .
6.Mix thoroughly, without overmixing.
7.Mold mixture into a 10 x 4.5 x 3 loaf pan.
8.Turn the meatloaf out of the loaf pan onto a parchment lined baking tray.
9.Bake until internal temp reaches 160ºF or 71ºC - about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
