Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken

Ready, set, go, its crock pot time. Whether you call it a crock pot or slow cooker, it should be your best friend when youre looking to make healthy, wholesome recipes during the winter.


Canned crushed pineapple and juice 18 Ounce (1 Can)
Low sodium soy sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey 3 Tablespoon
Minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Bone in chicken breast 1 1/2 Pound (Skinless)
Bone in chicken thighs 1 Pound (Skinless)
Grated fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon



1.Place the crushed pineapple with juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic in a large bowl and whisk to combine.

2. Place the chicken in the slow cooker, pour the sauce over and turn to coat.

3. Cook on low 4 hours or on high 2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.


4.Serve It With Brown Rice;Asian Slaw;Sesame Seaweed Salad Or Simple Sauteed Collard Greens.
