|Canned crushed pineapple and juice||18 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Low sodium soy sauce||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Bone in chicken breast||1 1/2 Pound (Skinless)|
|Bone in chicken thighs||1 Pound (Skinless)|
|Grated fresh ginger||1 Tablespoon|
1.Place the crushed pineapple with juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
2. Place the chicken in the slow cooker, pour the sauce over and turn to coat.
