I love crunchy snacks, and these low carb crackers definitely fall under that category. This really is the perfect lowcarb keto friendly cracker recipe. You can change it up by adding different flavor powders. I love having it with chicken salad.
|Almond flour||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheese blend||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (shredded)|
|Baking powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoning||1 Teaspoon (Seasonings of Choice I use Johnnyâ€™s Garlic Spread and Seasoning)|
|Egg whites||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (boxed,just enough for dough to come together)|
1.Mix dry ingredients thoroughly then add cheese. Add enough egg whites to make the dough come together.
2.Press dough thinly onto a silicone microwave mat or parchment paper.
3.Microwave on for 1 minute.
4.Remove from Microwave and cut into squares or triangles.
5.Microwave for another 3 minute. Check to see if crackers have reached your desired crispness. If not, microwave for a min more until satisfied with the texture.
6.Carefully remove from microwave and place crackers on a cooling rack.
7.Serve and enjoy!
