Leftover rice at home? Make your weekend more special by turning them into cheesy rice balls with a twist of garlic in them!
|Left over boiled rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Boiled green peas||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped carrot||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Green chillies||2 , chop|
|Chopped garlic||2 Tablespoon , sauteed|
|Black pepper powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Refined oil||3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)|
|Refined flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (maida)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.In a bowl, add left over rice, boiled green peas, finely chopped carrot, onion, chillies, garlic and mix well to bind together.
2.Make small balls of the mixture.
3.Flatten the balls slightly on your palm and place the cheese cube in the centre and enclose the cheese with the rice to form a ball.
4.Now coat the balls with refined flour(maida), milk and bread crumbs.
5.Deep fry the coated balls until golden in colour.
6.Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
