Try out this weekend, the combo of egg and chapati rolled like a flower in the pan with colourful veggies cheese.
|Tomato ketchup||3 Tablespoon|
|Red chilli||3 , chop (Bhavnagri red chilli)|
|Green chilli||3 , chop (Bhavnagri green chilli)|
|Cherry tomatoes||5 , quartered|
|Bell pepper||1 , chop|
|Capsicum||1 , chop|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (as needed)|
|For egg mixture|
|Hot sauce||1 Teaspoon|
1.Take the chapatis and spread tomato ketchup on them.
2.Add the red and green bhavnagri chillies.
3.Place the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper and capsicum.
4.Add salt and pepper as per taste.
5.Add grated mozzarella cheese evenly.
6.Fold the chapatis and cut them into three equal parts.
7.In a large bowl mix eggs, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
8.Place the folded chapatis in a pan with refined oil and pour the egg mixture around it and also in the rolls.
9.Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
10.Remove the lid and serve hot.
