Unwrap the delicious flavours of vegetarian version of a much loved Parsi dish, which is cooked in traditional manner- Patra Nu Cutlet.
|Boiled potatoes||150 Gram|
|Boiled green peas||30 Gram|
|Fresh coconut||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh coriander leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||8 Clove (40 gm)|
|Roasted chana dal||3 Teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||3 Teaspoon|
|Whole garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Refined oil||4 Tablespoon|
1.Peel and grate the boiled potatoes.
2.Mash the boiled green peas.
3.Add potatoes, peas and the spices in a blender and blend it into a paste.
4.Now take the mixture and place it on the banana leaf and fold it.
5.Heat a pan with little oil and place the banana leaves on it.
6.Once the leaf changes colour, the cutlet is ready, that is 3-5 minutes.
7.Serve with some chopped onion, and lemon wedges.
