|Cooked dal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Oil||3 Cup (48 tbs) (for frying)|
|Mustard seeds||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Green chilli||1 , chop|
|Curry leaves||7 (kadi pata)|
|Indian pickle||1 Teaspoon|
1.In a kadai heat some oil.
2.Take the leftover rotis and cut it into pieces.
3.Fry the roti till it is crispy.
4.Remove the roti from the oil and place it in a bowl.
5.Add the leftover dal to the roti and mix well.
6.Just before serving, heat oil in a small pan and add the ingredients for the tadka in it.
7.Pour this tempering over the dal and roti mix.
8.Serve immediately, with achar and onion rings.
