Dal Chikoli - Indian Veg Recipe

Ingredients

Rotis 6
Cooked dal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
For tadka:
Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (for frying)
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Jeera 1/2 Teaspoon
Green chilli 1 , chop
Curry leaves 7 (kadi pata)
For garnish:
Indian pickle 1 Teaspoon
Onion rings 2

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a kadai heat some oil.

2.Take the leftover rotis and cut it into pieces.

3.Fry the roti till it is crispy.

4.Remove the roti from the oil and place it in a bowl.

5.Add the leftover dal to the roti and mix well.

6.Just before serving, heat oil in a small pan and add the ingredients for the tadka in it.

7.Pour this tempering over the dal and roti mix.

SERVING:

8.Serve immediately, with achar and onion rings.
