It is made of fried noodles, perked up with crunchy veggies like cabbage and spring onions and splashes of tongue-tickling Oriental sauces. The fried noodles is available readymade, or can be made at home. Once you have that ready, the rest is just chop and toss as this snack requires no cooking. |Shredded cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped spring onions||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (whites and greens)|
|Schezuan sauce||1 1/2 Tablespoon|
|Red chilli sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato ketchup||1/2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1/2 Teaspoon|
1.Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
2.Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
