We are making Cottage Spice Cake today!

Ingredients

For the cake:
Butter 4 Ounce (115g)
Brown sugar 15 Ounce (425g)
Eggs 2 Large
Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (500 mL)
Pure vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon (10 mL)
Baking soda 2 Teaspoon (10 mL)
All purpose flour 13 Ounce (360g)
Cinnamom 1 Teaspoon (5 mL)
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon (2 mL)
Nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon (2 mL)
For the topping:
Melted butter 3 Ounce (85g)
Brown sugar 7 Ounce (200g)
Cinnamom 1 Teaspoon (5 mL)
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (60mL)
Diced pecans/Diced walnuts 3 Ounce (80g)
