|Red bell peppers||2|
|Yellow bell peppers||2|
|Boiled corn||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheese mix||250 Gram ((mozzarella and processed))|
|Refined flour||2 Cup (32 tbs) ((maida))|
|Red chilli powder||1 Tablespoon|
1.Mix refined flour (maida), red chilli powder, oregano and salt to make the batter.
2.Mix finely chopped red and yellow bell peppers, boiled corns, cheese, 1 tsp refined flour (maida), a little water, salt to taste and 1/2 tsp oregano and mix it well. Such that you can make solid balls out of it.
3.Heat oil in a pan.
4.Dip the balls into the batter and then put it in the heated oil.
5.Deep fry it until it turns yellowish orange.
6.Once cooked, remove.
7.Serve with hot and sweet sauce.
