Crunchy Veg Cheese Pakoda - How To Make Cheesy Pakoras - Tea Time Snack Recipe

Our awesome foodie colleague Tanvi Deshmukh shares crunchy veg cheese pakodas along with garma garam chai and makes our monsoon chai-time fun, interesting and really special.

Ingredients

Red bell peppers 2
Yellow bell peppers 2
Boiled corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cheese mix 250 Gram ((mozzarella and processed))
Refined flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((maida))
Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1.Mix refined flour (maida), red chilli powder, oregano and salt to make the batter.

2.Mix finely chopped red and yellow bell peppers, boiled corns, cheese, 1 tsp refined flour (maida), a little water, salt to taste and 1/2 tsp oregano and mix it well. Such that you can make solid balls out of it.

3.Heat oil in a pan.

4.Dip the balls into the batter and then put it in the heated oil.

5.Deep fry it until it turns yellowish orange.

6.Once cooked, remove.

SERVING:

7.Serve with hot and sweet sauce.
