Chicken Pakoda - How To Make Crispy Chicken Pakoras - Indian Chicken Fritters

Ingredients

Boneless chicken 250 Gram , cut in to medium pieces
For marinade:
Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/4 Teaspoon
White pepper powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
For the batter:
Gram flour 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Egg 1
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((as required))
Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) ((For deep frying))
For awesome sauce masala mix:
Dried curry leaves 10
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Dry mango powder 1 Teaspoon
Black salt 1/3 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Grind all the spices for the awesome sauce masala mix and keep aside.

2.Marinate the chicken and keep aside for 20 minutes.

MAKING:

3.In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the batter and keep aside.

4.Heat oil in a kadai.

5.Dip the marinated chicken in the batter and deep fry till crispy and golden brown.

6.Sprinkle the awesome sauce masala mix on the chicken pakoda.

SERVING:

7.Serve hot with green chutney, onion rings and lemon.
