Noodles | 70 Gram (1 packet) | |
Cornflour | 1 Tablespoon | |
Sliced cabbage | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Capsicum | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , julienned | |
Chopped spring onion greens | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Schezwan sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Ketchup | 1 Tablespoon | |
Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
For the manchurian balls | ||
Carrot | 1 , finely chopped | |
Onion | 1/2 , finely chopped | |
Green beans | 50 Gram , finely chopped | |
Cauliflower | 50 Gram , finely chopped | |
Green chilli | 2 , finely chopped | |
Capsicum | 1 , finely chopped | |
Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Maida | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Cornflour | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
For the Manchurian Balls:
1.Mix all the ingredients of the Manchurian in a bowl.
2.Make small balls out of this mixture.
3.Deep fry in a kadai, until golden brown and crispy.
For crispy noodles:
4.Toss cooked noodles in cornflour to coat them.
5.Deep fry them in a kadai until golden and crispy.
For the Bhel:
6.In a big bowl add crispy noodles, Manchurian balls and all the Bhel veggies (cabbage, capsicum, spring onion greens).
7.Now add Schezwan sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and give it a good mix for the flavours to be coated well.
8.Finally, top with some crispy noodles.
