Celebrate the first day of Pujo by creating something interesting to eat and treat others, with grilled dhokla sandwich.

Ingredients

Khaman dhoklas 500 Gram (readymade)
Tomato 1 , slice
Onion 1 , slice
Boiled potato 1 , slice
Boiled beetroot 1 , slice
Processed cheese 3 Tablespoon
Green chutney 2 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1.Cut the dhokla horizontally in two layers.

2.Place it on the cutting board.

3.Apply some chutney on the layers.

4.Now top on layer with tomato, onion, potato and beet root.

5.Finally grate some cheese on top and top one layers on the other.

6.Now, apply some butter on the open sides of the Dhokla.

7.Heat a grill pan and place the Dhokla on it.

8.Once the Dhoklas are little crusty and you can see grill marks, take it off the pan.

SERVING:

9.Serve with chutney & ketchup.
