Dahi Kebabs - How To Make Dahi Ke Kebab - Veg Starter - Veg Kebab

This summer, don't restrict Dahi to only Chaas Lassi. Instead, make Kebabs with Dahi.


Curd 1/2 Kilogram
Onion 1 , chop
Green chillies 2 , chop
Cheese 75 Gram
Pepper powder 1 Tablespoon
Roasted coriander powder 1 Tablespoon
Chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon
Red chilli flakes 1 Tablespoon
Roasted besan 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon (or to taste)
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1.Hang curd in a muslin cloth and let it be till the curd looks like a cheese.


For the Filling:

2.Take hung curd in a bowl, grated cheese, fresh coriander, pepper powder, green chillies, onions, ginger, salt, roasted coriander powder, red chilli flakes and corn-flour.

3.Mix everything together to bind well.

4.With the help of your palms, make small flat roundels.

5.Deep fry in oil.


6.Serve hot.
