Enjoy a new flavour of bhel this festive season which has crispy Sabudana tossed with different spices and garnished with sev and pomegranate.
|Sago||1 Cup (16 tbs) (sabudana,nylon)|
|Roasted peantuts||2 Teaspoon|
|Chaat masala||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Red chilli powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped tomato||2 Tablespoon|
|Potato||1/2 , boil (cubed)|
|Chopped coriander||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped raw mango||1 Tablespoon (kairi)|
|Lemon||1 , squeeze|
|Nylon sev||200 Gram|
|Oil||3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)|
1.Roast the nylon sago/Sabudana and keep aside.
2.Heat the oil in a deep pan and deep fry the roasted Sabudana little by little at a time.
3.After you finish frying all the Sabudana, top it with rest of the ingredients(raw mango,tomato, potato, peanuts, onion, pomegranate, coriander, red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, lemon, nylon sev) and mix well.
4.Garnish with some nylon sev, pomegranate.
5.Serve and enjoy!.
