|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Condensed milk||140 Milliliter|
|Coco powder||4 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla essence||1 Teaspoon|
|Pistachios||8 , finely chopped|
1.Heat the milk and whisk in coco powder and vanilla essence.
2.In another pot add condensed milk and pour the coco powder mix through a sieve.
3.Bring this to a boil till it reaches a pouring consistency.
4.Gently squeeze the sugar syrup from the rasgulla and add it to this.
5.Simmer it for 2-3 minutes.
6.Chill this for 2 hours, so that the rasgulla is evenly coated with condensed milk-Chocolate mixture.
7.Serve cold with garnish of pistachios.
