We gave a spin to the chapati with stuffing of sausage and our very own all time favourite cheese.

|Chicken sausage||200 Gram|
|Chaat masala||1 Tablespoon|
|Mozzarella cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Tablespoon|
1.In a pan, heat the oil and add garlic, ginger, green chillies, onions and sauté for a minute.
2.Now add tomato, roasted cumin powder, pepper, salt and mix them well.
3.Add mixed capsicum, chicken sausage and chaat masala.
4.Now clean the pan and add butter.
5.Put chapati in the pan.
6.Top the filling on half of the chapati.
7.Add some mozzarella cheese on the filling and garnish it with cheddar cheese. Fold the other half to make a half moon.
8.Once the bottom side is crisp turn the chapati over and let the chapati be on heat until the other side is crisp and the cheese melts too.
9.Cut the chapati in half.
10.Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
