Grilled Pav Sandwich 2 Ways - Grilled Sandwich - Healthy And Delicious Snack Recipes

Grilling is fun, but why grill only sandwiches and rolls? Now grill Pav's in two different ways- with egg and paneer!

Ingredients

For veg
Paneer 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , crumbled
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green chilli 2 , finely chopped
Red chilli powder 3/4 Teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
Roasted cumin seed powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/8 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Chaat masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon
Refined oil 2 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Capsicum 1 , finely chopped
For non veg
Boiled eggs 3
Refined oil 2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Onions 2 Medium , finely chopped
Finely chopped green chillies 1 Tablespoon
Curry leaves powder 6
Salt To Taste
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Crushed black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

Veg:

1.In a bowl keep paneer soaked in hot water with salt for 15 mins.

2.Crumble the soaked paneer once cooled down.

3.In a pan, add refined oil and splutter cumin seeds in low flame. Add green chillis, ginger garlic paste and give it a fry.

4.Add capsicum, fry for a minute as it still retains the crunch.

5.Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, roasted cumin powder, salt and mix well.

6.Add crumbled paneer, coriander leaves, chaat masala in it.

7.Once mixed well, add lemon juice and switch off the flame. Mix well and transfer to a bowl.

Non-Veg:

8.Take a non-stick wok, add refined oil and heat it.

9.Add mustard seeds and let them crackle.

10.Add green chillies and curry leaves into it.

11.Add finely chopped onions into it and sauté until they turn soft.

12.Add dry spices such as salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and crushed black pepper.

13.Add scrambled boiled eggs and chopped coriander leaves to it.

14.Toss the whole mixture delicately and let it cook for few minutes on low flame.

15.Make sure eggs are stir fried and coated well on both sides with the masala for few minutes.

For Pav:

16.Fill the veg and non-veg mixture in the pav and grill it on the buttered hot grill pan or tawa.

SERVING:

17.Serve it hot with green and red chutneys and some sliced onions.
