Eggs on our pan are inspired from eggs from Japan. Make it, turn it but don't burn it call it Anda Apna Apna!
|Tomato||1 , chop (small cubes)|
|Green capsicum||1 , chop (small cubes)|
|Onion||1 , chop (small cubes)|
1.In a bowl crack the eggs and add salt, pepper and vegetables.
2.Mix everything well and keep a side
3.In a pan heat some oil.
4.Pour 1/4 of the mixture in the pan and let it cook.
5.Once done roll it up half way and pour more of the egg mix.
6.Once it is cooked as well roll it up again.
7.Pour the rest of the egg mixture and cook it.
8.Once done roll it up completely and cut into bite size pieces.
9.Serve hot with ketchup.
