Chapati Cheese Pan Pizza - How To Make Roti Cheese Burst Pan Pizza - Quick And Easy Snack

When it is raining taxes outside then why order?
Simply use chapatis with fresh veggies cheese to make a pan pizza at home!

Ingredients

Chapati dough 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cheese slices 4
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Refined oil 1 Tablespoon
Pizza sauce 4 Tablespoon
Dry herbs 1 Teaspoon
Processed cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Onion rings 6
Mixed bell peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

1.Roll out the chapatti dough.

2.Add 4 slices of cheese in the centre, and add a mix of both the processed cheese and mozzarella cheese.

3.Roll out one more chapatti and cover the cheese with it.

4.In a pan add oil and place the roti on it.

5.Cook on both sides.

6.When it is almost done add pizza sauce, dry herbs, processed cheese, onion rings, bell pepper.

7.Add mozzarella cheese and few more onion rings and red chilli flakes.

8.Cover the pan with a lid and let the chapatti cook till cheese melts.

SERVING:

9.Serve hot with ketchup.
