|Spinach leaves||250 Gram|
|Cumin seeds||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Peas||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry red chilli||1|
|Red chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (as required)|
|Quinoa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.To make Spinach Puree Chop onions, green chillies, tomatoes, spinach leaves put in a mixer.
2.In a pan Add oil , add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, bay leave, peas, dry red chilli and sauté .
3.Add spinach puree and stir.
4.Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and stir well.
5.Add quinoa stir well and pour water, bring to boil and let it cook well.
6.Garnish with spinach leaves.
