Dosa Egg Wraps - How To Make Egg Dosa - Dosa - Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Guess what's wrapped inside the dosa? Healthy eggs, crunchy onions, fresh Amaranth coriander leaves, along with zesty gun powder. We are totally kicked with this new way of Dosa.


Dosa batter 2 Cup (32 tbs) (readymade)
Salt To Taste
Eggs 2
Roasted peanut 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1 , chopped finely
Amaranth leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (green and red saag)



1.Grind together roasted peanuts, red chilli powder and salt to get gun powder.


2.In a bowl mix together dosa batter, salt and water.

3.Heat a pan with little oil and using a half cut onion spread it in the pan.

4.Then pour the dosa batter on the greased pan.

5.Crack an egg directly on the dosa and break the yolk.

6.Next add both the leaves, the gun powder mix and a little salt.

7.Once cooked roll up the dosa.


8.Serve hot with coconut chutney.
