Mac And Cheese Samosa - How To Make Creamy Cheese And Macaroni Samosa - Samosa Recipes

Samosa just got married with shiny macaroni and melting cheese on top which makes it a perfect Mac Cheese Samosa.

Ingredients

For mac and cheese:
Cooked macaroni 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Grated processed cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Plain flour 1 Tablespoon (maida)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Refined oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)
Salt To Taste
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
For samosa:
Maida 500 Gram
Ghee 5 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

For Mac-N- Cheese:

1.Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan, add the plain flour and cook on a medium flame

for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.

2.Add the milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while

stirring continuously.

3.Add salt, pepper, processed cheese, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.

4.Now, add the cooked macaroni, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally. 5.Finally fold in the mozzarella cheese and keep aside. Now your Mac and Cheese filling is ready.

For Samosa:

6.In a bowl, knead the dough with maida and keep aside for 10 minutes.

7.Roll the dough out in to a thin round sheet.

8.Cut into a Half moon.

9.Make a cone and stick with maida paste. Fill the cones with Mac-N- Cheese filling prepared.

10.Seal the cones with the help of maida paste.

11.Deep fry until golden in colour.

SERVING:

12.Serve hot with ketchup.
