Masala Noodle Wrapped Minty Paneer - Crispy Noodle Wrapped Cottage Cheese - Simple Starter

When you can't pick between your favourites-paneer noodles, you combine them to make another favourite snack - Masala Noodle Wrapped Paneer.


For paneer
Mint leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
Chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Lemon juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green chillies 2
Paneer 300 Gram
For noodle:
Black peppercorn 1 Teaspoon , crush
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Coriandar powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Cornflour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Ginger garlic paste 2 Tablespoon
Red chilli powder 2 Tablespoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as required)
Noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs) , cooked, drained
Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)



For paneer:

1.Blend all the ingredients except the paneer, to form a chutney.

2.Marinate the paneer in the chutney and leave it aside for 15-20 minutes.


For Noodles:

3.Mix all the ingredients except noodles, adding little water to form a thick paste.

4.Coat the cooked noodles in the paste.

For wraps-

5.Wrap the paneer with the noodles and add little cornflour.

6.Deep fry until the noodles are crispy.


7.Serve hot with red chili chutney.
