When you can't pick between your favourites-paneer noodles, you combine them to make another favourite snack - Masala Noodle Wrapped Paneer.
|Mint leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coriander leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Black peppercorn||1 Teaspoon , crush|
|Cumin powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Coriandar powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Cornflour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ginger garlic paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Red chilli powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (as required)|
|Noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs) , cooked, drained|
|Oil||3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)|
1.Blend all the ingredients except the paneer, to form a chutney.
2.Marinate the paneer in the chutney and leave it aside for 15-20 minutes.
3.Mix all the ingredients except noodles, adding little water to form a thick paste.
4.Coat the cooked noodles in the paste.
5.Wrap the paneer with the noodles and add little cornflour.
6.Deep fry until the noodles are crispy.
7.Serve hot with red chili chutney.
