Chili Garlic Chapati - Lasuni Mirchi Chapati - Chili Garlic Roti - Snack/Tiffin

Spicen up your regular boring chapati with combination of chillies and garlic, which will be more delicious with your favourite gravies.


Wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (atta)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as required)
Ghee 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm) , finely chopped
Green chillies 3 , finely chopped
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Garam masala 1 Pinch



1.In a bowl add atta, ghee, water, salt and knead to make soft dough.

2.Heat pan with half the ghee and add cumin seeds, let it splutter.

3.Add garlic, green chillies, garam masala, turmeric powder and sauté well.

4.Add the tadka to the dough in a bowl and knead again.

5.Roll into round chapati.

6.Now heat a flat tawa and cook the chapati.

7.Apply ghee on chapati


8.Serve with chutney, achaar or raita.
