When it comes to matzaball soup, Im a sucker. I love the slight saltiness of a good chicken soup slow cooked with rich vegetables and fluffy matzaballs. But this time, Im going for something a little different. Im taking the love and seasonings of a traditional chicken soup and giving a twist by using turkey bones. The benefits of bone broth have been widely touted, and when you start with what could well be the healthiest bones in America, you cant lose. Pastured, organically fed, no growth hormones or antibiotics. And it's of course, kosher. When you prepare it, do what I do and use all organic herbs and spices. This is a great dish at anytime of the year.
