Soyabean Tikka - How To Make Tandoor Soya Tikka - Soya Chunks Recipes - Starter Recipes

Ingredients

Basic ingredients:
Soya bean chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs) , boil (drained)
Sea salt To Taste
Bell pepper pieces 2 Cup (32 tbs) (cut into tikka cuts,red,yellow and green)
Onion pieces 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cut into tikka cuts)
Lemon wedges 2 (as garnish)
Onion rings 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (as garnish)
For white marinade:
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Coriander paste 1 Tablespoon
Hung curd 2 Tablespoon
Fresh cream 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Chopped green chillies 1 Tablespoon
Grated processed cheese 3 Tablespoon
Green cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
White pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
Sea salt To Taste
For green marinade:
Fresh mint leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Roasted coriander seeds powder 1 Teaspoon
Roasted cumin seeds powder 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Chaat masala 1 Teaspoon
Curd 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
Chopped green chillies 1 Tablespoon
Mint and coriander chutney 1 Tablespoon
Sea salt To Taste
For red marinade:
Curd 1 Tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Sea salt To Taste
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Tandoori masala 1 Teaspoon (tandoori tikka masala)

Directions

MAKING:

1.Mix all the ingredients of different marinades in separate bowls.

2.Add the boiled and drained soybean in every bowl.

3.Mix well with the different marinades.

4.Pick satay sticks and insert marinated soybeans along with bell peppers and onions alternatively.

5.Heat oil in a grill pan.

6.Place the tikka filled satay sticks on the grill pan and let them cook.

7.Squeeze out some lemon juice on top once cooked.

SERVING:

8.Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
